Qualified Personnel

The following United States-based military, law enforcement, and first responder personnel qualify for the Swampfox MLFR Appreciation Program:

• Active-Duty Military Members (U.S. Armed Forces)
• Veterans / Retired Military Members (U.S. Armed Forces)
• Active Law Enforcement Officers (Local, State, and Federal)
• Retired Law Enforcement Officers (Local, State, and Federal)
• Active Firefighters (Municipal and Federal)
• Active Paramedics / EMTs
• Practicing Doctors / Registered Nurses

Application Process

To apply for the MLFR Appreciation Program, qualified personnel should complete the online application at swampfoxoptics.com/military-law. The form asks for your full name, both a civilian and service email address, and service branch, agency/department, or practice.

Once submitted, you will receive an automated email to your provided civilian email address with further instruction on how to verify your credentials. Reply to the email with a photo or scanned copy of at least one (1) accepted identification document listed below:

• Driver’s License / ID Card with Veteran Identifier
• Agency / Department / Practice ID Card
• Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214)
• Veteran ID Card (VIC)
• Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC)
• Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) ID Card

Federal law prohibits unauthorized copying of Common Access Cards (CAC) and military IDs. We will never ask for your CAC card or military ID to verify your credentials.

Provided identification should be current (not temporary or expired) and may be redacted to conceal personal information so long as your full name and necessary credentials are still visible.

Alternatively, you may send an email from your service branch, agency/department, or practice email address to verify your credentials. Send to support@swampfoxoptics.com with the subject line “MLFR Verification” and both your full name and civilian email address in the body of the email.

After providing credentials, please allow our team up to 72 hours for verification. We will contact you directly if we have any follow-up questions.

If you don’t already have a Swampfox account, create one on our website using your civilian email address at swampfoxoptics.com/register. We’ll update your account status after approving your program credentials, upon which you’ll see discounted pricing at checkout when logged in. If you don’t see discounted pricing at checkout, contact us before placing your order.

Please note, we do not retroactively issue refunds or store credit for orders placed prior to MLFR Program verification. Discounts also do not apply to dealer or third-party ecommerce purchases.

Program Disclaimers

The Swampfox MLFR Appreciation Program discount is a privilege – not a right – earned by those who honorably served, and continue to serve, our country and local communities.

If we find you have lied about your service, including fraudulent claims about awards, rank, or operational experience, have purported yourself to be someone you are not, or unfairly took advantage of program benefits, we will remove your MLFR status without notice and permanently bar you from purchasing Swampfox optics and products in the future. Further, those who commit stolen valor will be reported to every other optics company and risk being publicly shamed.
