What “Business Days” Means

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our operations run from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Mountain Time (MT).

Order Processing & Handling

  • Standard handling: 1 business day for most in-stock orders.
  • Cutoff for same-day ship attempts: Orders paid before 12:00 PM MT on a business day may ship the same day (not guaranteed). Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • Peak seasons (e.g., BFCM): Please allow +1–3 business days.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Methods

UPS® Ground (Existing)
• Typical transit: 1–5 business days depending on distance.
• Delivery days: Monday–Friday.
• Notes: Not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO.

NEW: UPS® 2nd Day Air
• Transit speed: 2 business days from the ship date.
• Delivery days: Monday–Friday.
• Cutoff matters: Orders after 12:00 PM MT ship next business day.
Example: Order Friday 3:00 PM MT → Ships Monday → Estimated arrival Wednesday.
• Restrictions: Not for PO Boxes; some remote areas excluded.

NEW: USPS® Ground Advantage
• Typical transit: 2–5 business days for most U.S. addresses.
• Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (carrier-dependent).
• Great for: PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Checkout automatically shows eligible options.
• Notes: Includes USPS tracking; timing may extend in rural/peak periods.

Address Types
• PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO: Checkout automatically routes eligible orders to USPS Ground Advantage.
• Address accuracy: Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery. Please confirm your address before placing your order on the checkout page.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel, please either call us (720-389-6719 ext. 1) or email support@swampfoxoptics.com immediately.
Once an order is packed and shipped, changes are not possible, including retroactively adding coupon codes.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
• Tracking: Emailed when a label is created; Please allow 24-48 for tracking to update through either UPS or USPS
• Marked “Delivered,” not received: Check common drop areas and with neighbors/household. Please wait 24 hours for late scans; if still missing, contact us.
• Damaged on arrival: Photograph packaging and product and notify us within 3 calendar days so we can advise next steps.
• Important: Resolution timelines and outcomes follow each carrier’s policies. Shipping fees aren’t refundable for carrier-caused delays because dates are estimates, not promises.

Holidays, Weather & Other Events
Severe weather, network issues, and holidays may delay shipments beyond the estimates shown at checkout.

Quick Examples
Example 1 – UPS 2nd Day Air (weekday):
Order Tue 10:45 AM MT → Ships Tue → Estimated arrival Thu.

Example 2 – UPS 2nd Day Air (after cutoff/weekend):
Order Fri 2:30 PM MT → Ships Mon → Estimated arrival Wed.

Example 3 – USPS Ground Advantage (PO Box):
Order Mon → Ships Tue → Typical delivery Thu–Sat (carrier-dependent).
