• ‘Processing’ refers to time line between the order being placed to being picked up by the shipping carrier.
• ‘Transit’ refers to estimated timeline provided by shipping carrier once the order has been picked up from our facility
• Important Note: Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Website sale events, severe weather, network issues, and holidays may delay shipments beyond the estimates shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods

UPS® Ground (Existing)
• Typical processing: 1–2 business days.
• Typical transit: 1–5 business days depending on distance.
• Delivery days: Monday–Friday.
• Notes: Not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO.

UPS® 2nd Day Air
• Typical processing: Same day if order is placed before 12 MST. Next day for orders after 12 MST.
• Transit speed: 2 business days from the ship date.
• Delivery days: Monday–Friday.
• Restrictions: Not for PO Boxes; some remote areas excluded.

NEW: USPS® Ground Advantage
• Typical processing: 1–2 business days.
• Typical transit: 2–5 business days for most U.S. addresses.
• Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (carrier-dependent).
• Great for: PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Checkout automatically shows eligible options.
• Notes: Includes USPS tracking; timing may extend in rural/peak periods.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking: Emailed when a label is created; Please allow 24-48 for tracking to update through either UPS or USPS
• Marked “Delivered,” not received: Check common drop areas and with neighbors/household. Please wait 24 hours for late scans; if still missing, contact us.
• Damaged on arrival: Photograph packaging and product and notify us within 3 calendar days so we can advise next steps.
• Important: Resolution timelines and outcomes follow each carrier’s policies. Shipping fees aren’t refundable for carrier-caused delays.
