First the rings do sit high. But I absolutely love these rings!!! They are so well made.. usually rings are an afterthought not these. So well made... the best part... no lapping needed. They have a material on the instead of the ring that serves as a crush material to grab scope. I love these so much I bought a cheek pad for my rifle rather then return the rings. Again the appearance of the rings with the Patriot scope is simply fantastic. Swampfox products are simply top notch.

These rings are built like hurricane proof brick shit house!!! Solid, concentric, and everything has been well thought out. On the high side for me personally, but they are a hell of a deal.

I ordered these in the low height to compliment a Patriot 6-24x50 with a 20MOA rail on my Rem 700. I was concerned about the bell not clearing but it sits perfectly. These rings feel a bit heavy out of the box, but they are rock solid and easy to mount I used the recommended torque settings of 15lb/in on the ring screws and 30lb/in on the mount screws. My Patriot feels completely secure. I will be buying these again for a couple other rifle builds. Another great product from Swampfox.

Probably the beefiest set of rings I've ever bought. Holds up no problems on my .308 Springfield Saint. If weight is not an issue and you need something simple and cost effective, this is a great set.
