File or track a warranty claim

You will need a Swampfox account.

• Already have one? Sign in, then open Warranty Claims.
• Ordered from us but never set a password? Register with the same email address you ordered with, and your order history will be waiting.
• New to Swampfox, or bought from a dealer or Amazon? Register, then search our catalog for your optic when you file.

If your optic is not defective and you want to return it, visit our Returns Portal instead.
