Independence Mount
The Independence Mount is a cantilever 30mm ring mount for rifle scopes using the AR-15 or other Modern Sporting Rifle platforms. The Independence Mount works best for flat-top rifles assembled with a 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny or Weaver rail, placing the centerline of the scope 1.5" above the receiver. The parapet (cantilever offset between rail mount and rings) allows for your scope to be mounted in a forward position, maximizing both your head position and eye relief on AR style platforms. It is tough and sturdy, built to lock your scope down and eradicate any movement or wobble between both the mount and the rail, and the mount and the rings. Independence Mount works perfectly to mate Arrowhead, Tomahawk, Patriot, or Kentucky Long series optics to AR-15s or other rifles with straight-line stock ergonomics.

One-Piece CNC Construction
Machined from a single billet of 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the Independence Mount eliminates the alignment issues and weak points inherent in two-piece ring sets. A unified body means rings and rail clamp start and stay in perfect alignment, preserving zero across the life of the mount.
Cantilever Eye Relief Positioning
Extended cantilever geometry carries the 30mm rings forward of the rail attachment point, placing the optic at proper eye relief for AR-15 and modern sporting rifle stocks. The 1.5-inch bore height supports a natural cheek weld and lower-third co-witness with standard iron sights.
Hooded Rings for Extra Security
Full hooded ring caps extend farther around the 30mm scope tube than conventional open-top designs, spreading clamping force over a greater surface area. This added contact prevents scope rotation and maintains consistent zero through heavy recoil and extended shooting sessions.
Universal Picatinny / Weaver Fit
Broad compatibility with 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny and Weaver-style rails means the Independence Mount installs directly on virtually any AR-15 or modern sporting rifle flat-top upper without adapters or shimming. Installation requires only a T10 and T25 Torx driver.
Matched for Swampfox Scopes
Engineered alongside the Arrowhead, Tomahawk, Patriot, and Kentucky Long scope series, the Independence Mount is sized and proportioned to complement Swampfox 30mm riflescopes. Pair it with any of these optics for a system that has been balanced for weight, geometry, and field performance.
Matte Black Scratch-Resistant Finish
A matte black, scratch-resistant coating protects the aluminum body from the handling, transport, and field conditions that leave lesser mounts looking worn. The low-reflectance surface avoids unwanted glare in bright sun and maintains a tactical appearance alongside standard AR furniture.

I ordered two of these when I ordered my Patriots. One set on top of my RPR 6.5 creedmoor and houses the 6-24x50. The other set on top of my AR chambered in 6.5 Grendel and house a 4-16x44. Both work awesome and cant the scope well enogh forward that I get a good comfortable rest on the rifles. Great job and great price Swampfox.

When it comes to scope mounts you usually get what you pay for and then sometimes your still disappointed with a product. No so with the Independence Mount. I purchased this mount for my Arrowhead 1-10x24 Swampfox scope and couldn’t be happier. The fit is superb. The caps torque down smoothly and evenly. The finish is top drawer and the mount is extremely solid. Now let’s talk about the price, very inexpensive for the quality you get. I am starting to lean toward Swampfox for all my optics needs because of their products reasonable prices, high quality (especially their glass) and customer service. Swampfox is already making their name know for all the above reasons. Well done Swampfox!
