Discount & Pricing Restrictions

• Coupon Codes are not permitted on sale items. If a code is used, your order will be held until the remaining balance is paid.
• Military & Law Enforcement Discount cannot be applied retroactively. You must complete enrollment and receive approval before placing your order to access additional discounts.
• Orders placed before the sale cannot be refunded for the sale price difference. If your order was placed within 72 hours before the sale, you may request a credit code for the discounted balance to use on a future purchase.
• Accessory upgrades must be added directly from the sale item page. Accessories added from other product pages will not reflect the discount, and partial refunds will not be issued for accessories purchased separately.

Product, Bundle & Merch Limitations

• Bundles are sold as-is and cannot be customized. Exchanges for alternative products will be charged the full MSRP price difference.
• All merch sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges of these items are not permitted.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days. This timeline does not include shipping/transit time.
• All sale items will ship via Standard Ground (UPS/USPS) based on your shipping address.

• Due to high inquiry volumes during the sale, if our team does not respond to your inquiry before the sale ends, we will honor the sale pricing – provided your inquiry was submitted before the sale expired.
