Please review these conditions carefully before placing your order as all Sales are Subject to these conditions.

Discount & Pricing Restrictions

• Stacking Coupon Codes is not permitted on sale items. If a code is used, your order will be held until the remaining balance is paid.
• Military & Law Enforcement Discount cannot be applied retroactively. You must complete enrollment and receive approval before placing your order to access additional discounts.
• Items in the Hot Deal and Open Box sections are on sale for an additional 10% off sale price.
• Orders placed before the sale cannot be refunded for the sale price difference. If your order was placed within 48 hours before the sale, you may request store credit for the discounted balance to use on a future purchase.
• All merch sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges of these items are not permitted.
• All hot deal/open box sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges of these items are not permitted.

Order Processing & Shipping

• In observance of Labor Day, our warehouse will be closed Monday, September 7th
• ALL orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days. This timeline does not include shipping/transit time.
• All sale items will ship based on your shipping address and the method chosen at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you select UPS 2nd Day Air as the shipping method, it will not jump your order to the front of the line. Orders are processed in the same order they were received and will be fulfilled within 3-7 Business Days as stated above.

• Due to high inquiry volumes during the sale, if our team does not respond to your inquiry before the sale ends, we will honor the sale pricing – provided your inquiry was submitted before the sale expired.
