Should have made it little bigger screw, I’d ended up stripped and ordered new one.

Throw lever was missing from new arrowhead box. Email SF cust serv. They got it to me free of charge in about two weeks. By the way, this Throw lever is the most sturdy that I have. It is built like a rock. Better than my Vortex or Leopold throw levers. Perfect form my AR10 Battle Rifle.
